Animal Rights Extremists Post Pictures and Bios of "Informers, Infiltrators, Snitches and Agents" Online
This could be very dangerous to the health and safety of FBI agents and others: The radical North American Animal Liberation Press Office--run by Dr. Jerry Vlasak, who has yearned for the murder of animal researchers--has created a Web site containing photos of FBI Agents, animal rights activists who have cooperated with law enforcement, and others. Worse, there is a thinly veiled call for some of these people to be harmed, or even murdered. (I have decided not to link this.) At the top of the list of names, how the person allegedly harmed the animal liberation movement, and photos of the people, is this quote (my emphasis):
For the sake of clarity, let us be uncomfortably honest: to snitch is to take a life. By words and by weapons, each day lives are taken in the most egregious of crimes. When this happens in the courtroom, we call it "cooperation". I call it violence, and I call anything done to keep an informant out of the courtroom "self defense." -- Peter Young, animal liberation prisoner
This is volatile and very dangerous stuff. It is intended to intimidate. It is intended to impede law enforcement. It is intended to result in people getting hurt. I think it goes beyond free speech and could result in someone being made dead. That would be a Rubicon, no turning back.

Isn't this incitement to violence?
Or possibly even an attempt to solicit--ahem-- professional help to remove the problem?
Seems to me laws made for violent street gangs would work just as well against violent 'activist' gangs.
(I also think, if I was a 'snitch,' I'd be at the gun range brushing up.)
No one's been made dead yet by the animal liberation movement?
Compare that to what goes on in labs, and to the intimidation tactics those who "protect" what goes on in the labs use.
Plenty of people have been made dead as a RESULT of experimentation on non-human animals.
Oh, great, so it's all just fine for them to call for the murder of folks, because so far they suck at managing to kill the folks when they burn their houses down around them, or other attempts at murder.
Innocent by incompetence.
People who are convinced that they've "cornered the market on morality" will often justify the most outrageous kinds of behavior. One "pro-life" group posted online pictures of abortion doctors whose faces were superimposed on targets. Not long ago a pro-homosexual blog posted gay-basher Peter LaBarbera's address on the web with a notation: "snipers take notice." "The culture of death" may brook no dissent, but then neither does the culture of life, the culture of heterosexuality, the culture of .... hell, you name it.
History Writer: Any of that kind of thing from any source is wrong. But the culture of death brooks no dissent meme has to do with forcing dissenters to go along through the rule of law, via job discriminatin, and/or empowering ethics committees, rationers, etc. to force people off of treatment, etc.
It isn't about radicals making unwarranted threats.
