Call to Murder Ordered Off Anti-Abortion Web Site
A judge has ordered an anti-abortion activist to remove from his web site a call to kill workers in the abortion industry, along with the publishing of home addresses and phone numbers of potential victims. From the story:A federal judge ordered an anti-abortion activist to remove Web site postings that authorities said exhorted readers to kill an abortion provider by shooting her in the head. District Court Judge Thomas Golden granted an injunction Thursday seeking the removal of postings on Web pages maintained by John Dunkle. The injunction, sought by prosecutors in August, also bans him from publishing similar messages containing names, addresses or photographs of health clinic staff members.
Excellent. That isn't advocacy, it is terrorism. It has no place in a civilized society. The same should happen to animal rights fanatical web sites.

People like this infuriate me and there's no words to express my contempt. I don't know if the judge has done enough. Several years ago an abortionist threatened to kill me. It was wrong for him to threaten me, it's wrong for these people to encourage violence. I don't know if what the judge said is enough.
What's more, these people are enemies of the pro-life movement and are useful idiots for our opponents. It is contemptible for people like this who undermine the millions of hours and dollars and years of efforts put in by dedicated pro-lifers who have sacrificed their time, reputations, business, friendships and more to promote our cause and defend the unborn. They are not pro-life. They have no right to undermine us or engage in this kind of foolishness when so many of us have given so much.
To those who pretend to be pro-life and do these things, you cut the legs out from under all of us who speak publicly for the unborn. You allow our opponents to move attention away from the barbarity of abortion and put us in a situation of warding off acusations that the pro-life movement is a violent movement and that people like you represent our movement. We haven't sacrificed so much to have numbskulls like you take the attention off the unborn. Go away. Get lost. And shut up.
The other thing that infuriates me is that people like this have given up hope and surrendered to despair. We don't need people like that in our movement. There's no room for despair in the pro-life movement when so much is at stake.
Amen, brothers.
Terrorism of any stripe has no place in civilized society. People who advocate killing abortionists are psycho-crazy the same way people who fire bomb scientists conducting animal research are psycho-crazy - they've made "the cause" into a substitute god and everything has to be done for "the cause" at all costs.
This kind of crap isn't about doing what's right. It's about winning at any cost.
